Shipping destinations and charges

LIVE’s Kitchen ships to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see the shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates before you pay.

United States: free standard shipping on orders of $40 USD or more after discounts. For orders below $40 USD, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout. For other countries, rates and free-shipping thresholds depend on the destination and the items in your order; the US offer does not apply worldwide.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are shown with the available shipping method at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, carrier delays or peak periods.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. You can also use our Track Order page.

Customs and duties

International orders may incur import duties or taxes. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility, where applicable.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If delivery is later than the estimate, contact mveyscom@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
